Our Reiki Shares begin with a Letting Go bowl to release anything not serving our highest and best good. Our sound bath healing instruments of crystal singing bowls, angel harps, koshi and tingsha chimes, and other vibrational sounds provide relaxation, stress release, and healing.

We use aromatherapy using fresh orange peels while holding powerful energy crystals. A gift for you to take home. We begin the mini-Reiki treatments with an I AM intention while practicing mindfulness.
